Pre-Registration Form

Terms and Conditions: Please read before registering for a special event or workshop. By registering you agree to the following terms and conditions. Before registering for a special event or workshop with a prerequisite you must fill out a pre-registration form to verify that you meet the class requirements. To register for a special event or workshop you must either pay in full or pay a deposit to hold your spot. *Please note that your spot will not be held and you are not officially registered until your deposit or full payment is received. If you pay a deposit, the remainder of the balance must be received before the first class – no exceptions. If paying by check, checks should be made payable to Aaron Fors and mailed to: Aaron Fors 8427 Balboa blvd. apt. 12A Northridge, CA 91325 There will be a $50 fee in the event of a returned check. Cancellation Policy: Aaron reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a special event or workshop prior to the class date. If they should need to cancel or reschedule, you are entitled to receive a full refund should you decide you no longer wish to take the course. Please be certain of your availability before signing up for a special event or workshop. Cancellation by students must be made at least 7 days before the start date in order to receive a refund. Any cancellation made less than 7 days before the start date will not receive a refund of any fees paid towards the total amount of the course. Make-up Policy: If you have to miss a day of The Dialect Deep Dive you must notify Aaron in advance by email, text, or phone. In the event that you do have to miss a day of class, you may schedule a make-up session with Aaron at their convenience. Aaron reserves the right to schedule more than one student during the make-up session if necessary. It is up to the student to schedule the make-up. There is a limit of one make-up session per workshop and the make-up must be scheduled within two weeks of the workshop’s end date. There are no make-up sessions offered for a special event.
